The 2022 year has sauntered to everyone's lives like fireworks 🎇, at some point, it shone the brightest, and at some point, it flickers and dies down through the darkness. Thoughts of 2023 must creep into your minds and wonder of what-ifs, hows. How do you think 2023 will play out for you? Could it be for the better or for worse? Could it be will make you happy or sad?
These questions will be on everyone's list of worries when 2022 ends. Instead of mulling to these queries, how about coming up with strategies that could make your 2023 better or the best year you could ever have.

Stop overthinking and focus upfront.
Everyone knows the future is uncertain, and worrying is inevitable. Thinking through things deeply will always be the best method but overthinking to the point of missing something will always have a backlash of negative outcomes.
Instead of overthinking hundreds of steps ahead, why don't you face what's in front? Remember, an overused machine will eventually be broken.
Stop worrying too much and learn to pace yourself. If your mind will nonstop think and worry, it will be a matter of time it goes haywire. Focusing on the task at hand will make you see things through details.
Enjoy the Moment and Breathe.
No one knows what the future upholds nor what it is at stake so everybody should cease every moment. If you think, you've lost your way, don't feel blue, and find a way to be back on your track. Learn to breathe and take it easy. Breathe when you think you're gasping for air. When you think it's too much and your body indeed needs a break, do and go back to the things that make you the happiest. It could be your hobbies, being with your fave people, and or being with yourself.
Enjoying the moment is like treasuring what's present and equipping yourself with courage and remarkable experience. It's best that as you journey to the new year, you've brought ponderable memories and reasons that could fuel your burning desire of moving forward.
Pursue your goals.
Having goals and dreams will keep you alert on your toes and live every day. Humans breathe and live because they want to have and achieve something, hence, pursuing goals.
You should have a clear sight of your goals, in that way, you know what way or how to achieve them. When you think, the approach you're using is not effective, stop and recompose yourself, and find another approach. It doesn't matter how you do it what matters is you achieved it. Achieving your goal will make your life worthwhile.
Be motivated and Learned.
Stop indulging in your dramas.
It is okay to weep and cry every day but, you should take note;
"The volume of tears you weep should equal to the times you stand and fight for your goals." You might suffer disappointments and failures but, never, ever, be discouraged and stop. Steel your heart and strengthen your mind so that when the time comes that you are fighting your way to your goals, you will never waiver nor surrender.
Live day by day.
Think outside the box and live as you mean it. Make your life worthwhile for, we will never know when will it end. In this way, surely you will never regret your way of life.
Life is fleeting existence and is too soon will extinguished. Amidst uncertainties and worries, life will always go on. And as the river continuously flows, you should too.
